Förstberg Ling is developing three terraced houses in Vallastaden, Linköping. Built in cross-laminated timber with facades in galvanised steel, the two-story houses all feature a large roof terrace.
The simple plan and generous rooms allows for a flexible use and can easily adapt to a variety of uses. Steel detailing completes the otherwise wooden interior, giving the houses a sturdy, heavy duty quality.
